Underley Park Campsite

Set in the stunning grounds of Underley Park, our campsite is open from Thursday 1 May 2025 until the end of August. Although camping is available for the Beer & Music Festival, on Friday 2, Saturday 3, and Sunday 4 May (See separate booking). Breakfast for campers is available for the Beer & Music Festival, from 7.30am until 10am. Booking and payments can be made online and there are various options available from basic tent pitches with a vehicle, to motor home sites with electric hook up points.

With all eight of our changing rooms now completed, we have female, male and family facilities available for our guests.

Please be aware that the footpath from the campsite along Ruskins View into town is currently closed due to subsidence, and will be closed for the foreseeable future.

Showers and toilets

We will have two changing rooms for females, two changing rooms for males and four changing rooms available to be booked for families.

Each changing room has 4 x showers, 2 x toilets, 2 x sinks.

Pitch Size

All our (level) pitches are at least 9 metres by 10 metres. Most pitches also have room to park a car next to the pitch. Please note that there are no individual toilets with each pitch this year.

The illustration below shows pitch spacing with typical motorhomes, tents and cars added for perspective. The Grey blocks are to represent a 7.5m x 3m motorhome, a caravan 6.5 x 2.3m, a tent 4.5 x 5m and the brown blocks represents a large car parked adjacent to your pitch.

How you set out your pitch is up to you. You are welcome to bring an awning, gazebo, outdoor seating as long as they are pitched within your marked area.
