The Gym

Hello and welcome to Sarah Jones Personal Training at KLRUFC. Your first visit to the a gym can be a daunting experience. Our team will be on hand to show you around the gym and how to use the variety of equipment. Our inductions are a great way to learn some new exercises or discover how to use equipment you have never tried before.

For that extra direction or focus we also offer one to one training and group classes. Whether it is training for sport or to reach personal fitness aspirations, we have bags of enthusiasm that will boost your motivation and spur you on when you need it most. Training doesn’t have to be boring and with our enjoyable, innovative and tailored programmes you can also achieve your goals.

Sarah Harper

Head Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning coach 

I am a highly motivational Personal Trainer, with over 10 years experience and knowledge of working within the Fitness Industry. 

I’ve always had a passion for health, fitness and sports conditioning. No matter what barriers you think you might have to achieving your goals, I can help you break these down and help you reach and exceed your targets. 

Creating a healthy lifestyle is about finding a balance of healthy eating, structured training and enjoyment every step of the way.

Training with me is fun, enjoyable and no two sessions are ever the same.

Natalie Sunter

Personal trainer 

I have always had a passion for health and fitness and after my son started school, I decided to make that passion my career. 

I am a highly motivated and down to earth personal trainer,

I want my clients to feel at ease and comfortable, and encourage our sessions to be fun even through the toughest of programs.

My aim is to support and motivate my clients on their fitness journey, tailoring individual fitness and nutrition programs that will enable them to succeed, no matter how big or small their goal may be.  

Graham Parsons

Personal trainer 

I have a proven track record of getting you the results you’re looking for through a variety of training methods. With hard work and lots of motivation, I can ensure high quality workouts to support your training.

My programmes are fun, challenging, and most importantly progressive. My aim is to get you the results you want and desire. Whether you want to train for weight loss, muscle building, injury prevention, improve sporting performance, or just for general fitness, I can help you reach you goals.

The Gym

Our Gym offers members a fully equipped gym with extensive facilities, run by professionally trained Staff. As a member you will benefit from;

  • New member induction plan
  • Cardio; Rowing, Cycling, and Treadmill machines
  • Full range of weight machines and free weights
  • Specialist fitness training/programmes
  • Priority booking for a range of classes

In addition we offer;

  • Sports injury and post-exercise massage
  • Sports injury rehabilitation programmes

Gym Membership Packages

We have a range of packages available

£200 – Individual membership (annually) or £20 per month (minimum period 3 months)

£350 – Joint membership (annually), £35 per month

£110 – Students (15+), £10 per month

£110 – Senior Citizens, £10 per month

£150 – Players’ partners, £15 per month

There is also a joining fee of £10 to cover the swipe card.
