Hello and welcome to Sarah Jones Personal Training at KLRUFC. Your first visit to the a gym can be a daunting experience. Our team will be on hand to show you around the gym and how to use the variety of equipment. Our inductions are a great way to learn some new exercises or discover how to use equipment you have never tried before.

For that extra direction or focus we also offer one to one training and group classes. Whether it is training for sport or to reach personal fitness aspirations, we have bags of enthusiasm that will boost your motivation and spur you on when you need it most. Training doesn’t have to be boring and with our enjoyable, innovative and tailored programmes you can also achieve your goals.

Classes

We offer a range of classes at the club. Starting this June we have;

Buggy Fitness

This class provides new mums with the knowledge and education into starting safe and effective exercise post baby.

The best way to recover from pregnancy and re-gain your core, pelvic floor and whole body conditioning.

Based outside weather permitting this class will build your cardiovascular fitness, allowing you to meet other new mums while exercising with your little one.

HIIT Training

HIIT has been scientifically proven to gain better results in a short period of time over a standard workout.

It’s a mixture of high intensity burst of exercise with rest periods. Focusing on full body movements for a greater burn.

S & C Club

This training course is designed for 11 (Yr7) to 18 Year olds.

Provides sport specific sessions that will aid you to become a better athlete. Teaching you the basic techniques of Olympic lifting, body weight, resistance and cardiovascular fitness. Give yourself the best chance as an athlete to achieve your Sporting goals by stepping up your training to the elite level.

THURSDAY MORNINGS 7.00am – 8.00am (bring your breakfast with you to the club and head off to school, college work etc revitalised and ready for the day! Just £12 for the month of June. To book your place or for more information please email mailto:gym@klrufc.co.uk

Box and Burn

This is a boxing themed class that packs a punch. It has a mixture of interval and body weight sections to fire up all the muscles in your body.
