Membership and Admin

No one really likes paperwork but it is a necessary evil. Hopefully, it can and will be kept to a minimum with as much as possible being done on-line in the future though if techie stuff is your view of wasted time, fear not, as we can always do the tried and tested ways as well.

The process really could not be much easier for anyone not involved with the Mini, Youth and Colts.

 All you have to do is click here, print off and complete the form, returning it to the Club with any applicable payment. Simples. We would find an email address very helpful so that details of Do's or Events happening at the Club can be sent out.

Mini, Youth and Colts is a slightly different matter as there is a little more information needed to be able to discharge our Welfare Policy and comply with RFU requirements. As many will know, registration has and will become an increasingly easy procedure each year, with only an occasional change in contact details or maybe an updated photo to deal with. However, in addition to names and dates of birth etc we also need the parents' details (don't worry - not your dates of birth), MEDICAL CONDITIONS and crucially, photographs.

In an attempt to cut down time at this end to scan / copy / edit / upload etc for 300+, it would be extremely helpful if you could simply email a photo (parents as well preferably) but making sure that you rename the photo to something other than 0000xyz.jpeg so that we can attach the photo to the correct person. Unlike the Passport Agency, you can smile, wear specs or have an interesting background. These can be sent to myc.membership@klrufc.co.uk . Don't worry if you can't or are beaten by the technology, but you will need to bring some happy snaps so that we can do all the scanning etc for you.

If you are a new member, naturally enough there is a form for completion which you can either print off, complete and return or would be available at the Registration Hutch in the Clubhouse. Meanwhile we would be grateful if you could read through the following documents relating to the Codes of Conduct as they do form the basis of the Club and helps it run in the way it does.
