With the fixtures for 2018/19 season out and all 21 referees from the local secondary school now having completed the RFU level 1 ref course (and officiated at our recent primary schools festival) We are please to confirm;

Under 7s to 12s Rugby Festival, 30th September 2018

Our aim is to give all the players a chance to try all the new elements added as they have moved up an age grade and the coaches, the first time to see how it is all coming together!

We want all the players, coaches and supporters to have a great time, in fantastic company.

How to enter

√ We will send the joining information and forms for each of your teams
√ You can enter 2 teams per age group and save.
√ Places are reserved on a first come, first served basis

Date; 30th September

Time; 10am to 3pm Approx

Format; Round robin providing all the teams with the opportunity to play the maximum amount of rugby permitted as per the RFU guidelines.

A big thank you to all the teams who attended last year and made it such a great day! In total we had 16 clubs enter 71 teams across U7 to U11.

The price to enter one team in an age group is £35, you the chance to enter a second team for just £20.

If you have any questions please do not hestitate to get in touch, here are a few answers to questions we received last year.

There is no limit to the number of players per team

Teams are limited to two per age group on a first come first served basis

There will be a reserve list for all age groups

All players must be RFU registered and all participating adults DBS cleared.

Each team MUST bring a referee, you will by agreement ref your own matches.

Playing up and down within an age group will not be allowed, sorry.

Cheques for entries to be made payable to KLRUFC. If you choose to pay by BACs we will forward details in due course.
