New to KL Fitness Centre.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently offering spinning classes here at the KL Fitness Centre and the Spinning Studio is available for hire.
Supple Strength class will start on Wednesday 11th January 2012.The class will be held in the Club House from 10 to 10:45am. This class will blend Yoga,Pilates,Strength and Flexibility Training into one challenging, but relaxing class.The cost of the class - Non Members £5 - Members £2 per session.
We have also introduced female only gym sessions where the gym facilities will only be open to female members. This is to provide those who prefer, the opportunity to train in a female only enviroment.
